Overview
Experience the ultimate high-altitude adventure with our premier 4-Day Mount Kenya Trek. Traversing from the lush Naro Moru trail to the scenic Sirimon route, this balanced expedition offers an unbeatable introduction to Africa’s highest alpine wilderness. Best of all, it allows for proper acclimatization before your final summit push. For climbers seeking an even more dramatic landscape with waterfalls and glacial tarns, you can also explore our 5-Day Chogoria Route Traverse.
Our journey starts early with a comfortable transfer directly to the national park gates. You can enjoy viewing the beautiful countryside changing along the way. Subsequently, we complete check-in procedures to quickly finalize park entry formalities and meet our team. From the trail head, you will hike steadily through an enchanting montane forest canopy. Consequently, the dense tree line gradually gives way to pristine, rolling giant heather zones. Conquering Point Lenana on Your 4-Day Mount Kenya Trek
Our ultimate goal is conquering Point Lenana standing proudly at 4,985 meters high. Therefore, we begin our final summit ascent well before dawn to witness a stunning African sunrise. You will have plenty of wonderful opportunities to take photos from the peak. Afterward, we enjoy a smooth descent down towards the mountain huts for a hearty breakfast.
