We depart from Nairobi at 7:30 AM and drive to Nanyuki town for lunch, which takes approximately four hours. Afterward, we proceed to the Sirimon Gate at 2,440 meters to begin our Mount Kenya technical climb adventure. From the gate, you will follow the scenic track as it winds uphill through a lush forest. Consequently, the vegetation transitions into beautiful alpine heathland after about three hours. Finally, the track veers right toward Judmaier Camp (3,300m) for dinner and your overnight stay. Today, we kick off a rewarding 17-kilometer trek with a 900-meter ascent, taking roughly 6 to 7 hours. First, we cross the Ontulili River and head west through the expansive moorland. Following this path, we hike up the spectacular Mackinder's Valley, which offers breathtaking, clear views of the main peaks. Eventually, we arrive at Shipton Camp (4,200m) nestled directly below the towering rock faces. This camp provides the perfect location for essential acclimatization before your technical ascent. We enjoy a shorter trekking day to ensure your body adapts smoothly to the high altitude. First, we ascend steadily toward the high alpine zone and make our way over to Kami Hut (4,439m). Because this hut is situated right at the base of the northern climbing routes, it serves as our strategic base camp. During the afternoon, our expert mountain guides will sort through the technical climbing gear and review the route safety protocols with you. (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner included)

This dedicated preparation day is vital for maximizing your climbing success. Therefore, we spend the day resting, hydrating, and scouting the approach to the North Face Standard Route. Furthermore, we will practice rope work and technical maneuvers on the nearby rock walls. By taking this time to adjust to the high elevation, you will feel confident and fully prepared for tomorrow's summit push. (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner included)

We begin our ultimate alpine challenge with a pre-dawn wake-up call. First, we navigate the technical pitches of the North Face, scaling the iconic Firmin Tower and conquering flawless rock sections. Shortly after, we proudly reach the majestic summit of Batian Peak at 5,199 meters. After celebrating your incredible achievement at the top, we will safely rappel back down the mountain. Finally, we return to the safety and comfort of Shipton Camp for a well-deserved celebration dinner. (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner included)

Today, we begin our descent via the stunningly beautiful Chogoria Route on the eastern side of the mountain. First, we trek past the dramatic Gorges Valley and the breathtaking sheer cliffs of The Temple. Additionally, we will pass by the pristine shores of Lake Michaelson along the way. After a scenic walk through the rolling moorlands, we arrive at the comfortable Chogoria Bandas for hot showers and a restful evening. (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner included)

After a hearty breakfast, we complete our final short walk down through the magnificent bamboo forest zone. At the park gate, our transfer vehicle will be waiting to meet us. Subsequently, we drive through the fertile, green countryside of central Kenya back to Nairobi, arriving in the late afternoon.
